By accessing and using the 21st Office Gentleman's Club website and by visiting our premises, you implicitly accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Entry conditions

Entry to the club is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over. A valid photo ID is required at the door. The club reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to prove their legal age.

Entry is subject to compliance with the dress code imposed by the club. Sportswear, flip-flops, ripped or otherwise inappropriate attire are not permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who do not meet these requirements.

3. Conduct on the premises

Guests are required to behave in a civil and respectful manner towards club staff and other guests. Any form of verbal or physical violence, harassment or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the premises and, where appropriate, referral to the authorities.

The introduction of illegal substances, weapons or any objects that may endanger the safety of persons is strictly prohibited. The club may carry out checks at the entrance.

4. Photography and recordings

Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted on the premises. Professional photography or video recording equipment requires prior written consent from management. By entering the club, guests accept that they may appear in photographic or video material produced by the club for marketing purposes.

5. Liability

21st Office Gentleman's Club accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings during their visit. We recommend not bringing valuables, or making use of the cloakroom service where available.

The club is not liable for any damage or harm suffered as a result of excessive alcohol consumption or failure to follow staff instructions.

6. Prices and reservations

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be changed without notice. Reservations are confirmed only after direct contact with our team and, in some cases, after payment of a deposit. The minimum spend set for VIP tables is mandatory and must be settled in full on the evening of the event.

7. Intellectual property

All elements on the 21st Office Gentleman's Club website — texts, photographs, logos, design — are the property of the club or are used with the consent of the rights holders. Reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law in force. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
